The Board and Management

Superannuation Holdings Pty Ltd as trustee for the CBH Superannuation Fund is responsible for the governance of the CBH Superannuation Fund. The Board of Directors manage the Fund's business in accordance with the Fund's Trust Deed and Rules and all relevant laws and regulations.

To ensure the Board of Directors can fulfil its responsibility, a governance framework has been developed which consists of a number of policies which involve elements such as clear roles and accountabilities through processes and procedures for the Fund's operations, compliance and risk management and appropriate strategic planning. Executive Officer Information

The Trustee Directors formally meet at least six times per year to review the administration and financial performance of the Fund. Detailed reporting is provided for review, enabling the Trustee Directors to make changes when necessary.

The Trustee Directors also convene meetings as and when required to consider specific issues impacting the Fund such as:

·     investment performance;

·     compliance and risk management; and

·     strategic and business planning.

Directors Development Program

The Trustee Directors have established an induction program for newly elected or appointed Directors. The program assists new Directors to gain an understanding of the role of a Trustee Director of the Fund and the environment in which it operates.

The Trustee Directors also participate in further education to ensure that, in accordance with both strategic and regulatory business, they are capable of the responsibilities of their office.
